Afghan National Army Special Forces conducted a clearing operation in Zyawuddin and Qarya-i-Hayat villages to deny insurgent safe havens and locate enemy weapons caches.
The ANASF detained one insurgent during the operation and also discovered 9kg of homemade explosive materials buried near a mosque.
