Third Army/U.S. Army Central hosts the International Aviation Maintenance Symposium

Third Army hosted the symposium Aug. 26-30 in order to engage aviation leaders from its 27 partner nations to discuss relevant issues regarding aviation maintenance. This week's symposium is one of a multitude of Theater Security and Cooperation evens with Third Army's partner nations in Central and Southwest Asia that compliments missions including providing aviation support to all of the forward operating bases in Iraq and Afghanistan.

FORT MCPHERSON, Ga.—Third Army/U.S. Army Central will host the first ever International Aviation Maintenance Symposium (IAMS), in Atlanta, Ga., from Aug. 26-30, 2007 in order to engage aviation leaders from our 27 partner nations on relevant topics in aviation maintenance.
