TWENTYNINE PALMS, Calif. - Combat Center Marines hung signs for the Combined Federal Campaign at different locations Sept. 10. The CFC begins Oct. 15 and is scheduled to run until Dec. 15.

According to the Combat Center Bulletin 5340, “The Combined Federal Campaign supports and promotes philanthropy through a voluntary program that is employee-focused, cost-efficient, and effective in providing federal employees an opportunity to improve the quality of life and bless others in need. It is the world's largest and most successful annual workplace charity campaign, with nearly 200 CFC campaigns throughout the country and overseas raising millions of dollars each year. Pledges made by federal civilian employees, postal workers and military personnel aboard the Combat Center support eligible nonprofit organizations that provide health and human service benefits throughout our local community.”
