BAGRAM AIR FIELD, Afghanistan - The 455th Expeditionary Aerial Port Squadron is responsible for cargo movement at Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan. Bagram is the busiest flight line in the Department of Defense. So far in 2014, the squadron has moved 84,518 tons of cargo and 132,480 passengers in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
The squadron is comprised of Airmen from the Air National Guard, reserve and active duty services and is an example of the total force commitment taking place in the U.S. Air Force.
