AIRWAY HEIGHTS, Wash. - Katie Boer, KREM 2 NEWS weather anchor, visited students at Michael Anderson Elementary School as part of the "KREM in the Classroom program" March 18, here.
Boer demonstrated how the green screen works and gave students a hands-on learning experience. She also showed the students how the Earth is affected by the sun as well as how lightning causes the sound of thunder.
