TEL AVIV - Gen. Philip M. Breedlove, commander of U.S. European Command, met with Israeli Minister of Defense Moshe Yaalon at his office in the Kirya, Tel Aviv, Aug.20, 2015.
During his visit to Israel, Gen. Breedlove is meeting with top Israeli defense leaders to reaffirm the close ties between the U.S. and Israel, and to express U.S. European Command's steadfast commitment to Israel's security.
Gen. Breedlove also participated in a ceremony at the Golani Memorial, and will visit various Israeli Defense Force facilities and receive update briefings
