FORT HOOD, Texas – Soldiers from 115th Brigade Support Battalion “Muleskinners,” 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division held a change of responsibility ceremony here Nov. 10.
Carr has served as the battalion’s CSM since April 2014, and is slated to serve as CSM for the 409th Contracting Support Brigade at Kaiser, Germany.
