FORT HOOD, Texas – Fort Hood Family Housing, the military family housing community located on Fort Hood, Texas, will host an open house in the Venable Village community for military retirees and DoD civilians from noon to 4 p.m. Dec. 5 at 60014-2 Pickering Spur here.

Fort Hood Family Housing residents enjoy all Fort Hood has to offer with convenience to work, shopping and restaurants. Monthly rent includes 24-hour emergency maintenance, pet-friendly community, trash and recycling, seasonal front and side lawn care, free use of community center amenities, resident events, and basic utilities.

Select 4 bedroom, 2 bath homes in the Venable Village community rent for $1,158, with utilities included up to an established baseline. Twelve-month leases are available. A security deposit is required, with the amount based on the applicant’s credit score.
