CANNON AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. - The Pecos Trail Dining Facility at Cannon Air Force Base reopened this week after being closed for renovations since September 2015.
Prior to the reopening of the DFAC, Airman from the 27th SOFSS underwent a series of training events. Executive chefs conducted the training to help teach new cooking and food preparatory methods following the facility renovations.
