Mr. Brady won the 2016 Change Management Award for DoDEA’s series of workshops and webinars designed to propogate a common vision to effectively create change throughout the organization . Accepting the award on Mr. Brady’s behalf was DoDEA’s Principal Deputy Director Dr. Linda Curtis.
"Creating change is easy. It happens all the time. But howerver, how you create that change is so vitally important. And you have to make sure you follow through, that you create the change that you want and you support your employees."
The Training Officers Consortium is a nonprofit organization of federal trainers and industry professionals interested in contributing to the knowledge and practice of human resources and training.
"This is our 61st Distinguished Service Award ceremony. So the award ceremony started probably before we were born. So it’s just a tradition that we want to honor and recognize outstanding federal government employees for the work that they do."
