    SALINAS, Calif. -- Col. Ranelle A. Manaois retired from the Army following 30 years of service and received the Legion of Merit award for her service. She was last assigned to the 63rd Regional Support Command as the commander for the 63rd RSC Special Troops Brigade (Provisional).

    She is a 1986 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is also a 2004 graduate of the University of Phoenix and received a Master in Business Administration degree. She retired on May 31, 2016 and plans to enjoy traveling.
