The general visited while attending the Air Senior National Representative forum, which focuses on enhancing Israeli air force and U.S. Air Force cooperation.
“I see we have the same challenges,”Kelman said. “Both air forces are dealing with the problem of having to cut personnel, and finding unique ways of dealing with that.”
During his visit, Airmen from the 52nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron and 52nd Maintenance Squadron explained how their jobs helped accomplish the mission by providing safe, reliable maintenance to F-16 Fighting Falcons fighter aircraft, support equipment and munitions resources.
