KUWAIT CITY, Kuwait – Maj. Gen. William Hickman, deputy commanding general of U.S. Army Central, was the distinguished guest speaker during the Association of the United States Army’s 11th Annual Troops and Sponsors Ap-preciation Banquet, April 22, Kuwait City, Kuwait.
Hickman was invited by AUSA Chapter 8601 Appreciation Banquet to speak to their audience of U.S. Armed Forces Servicemembers and sponsors. He spoke on leadership, taking care of junior leaders and his experiences while serving in the Army.
