The 45th Force Support Squadron earned six of the nine awards from the 2016 Air Force-Level A1 Awards.
The 45th FSS award-winning Airmen and organizations include the following:
- Maj. Gen. Eugene L. Eubank Award for Best Force Support Squadron (Small Unit)
- Senior Master Sgt. Randolph Livingston III: Gen. Billy Boles Mentorship Award
- Airman and Family Readiness Program of the Year
- Food Operations Program of the Year
- Golf Program of the Year
- Resource Management Program of the Year
