On Sept. 22, Headquarters and Headquarters Company (HHC), U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE), conducted a Change of Responsibility Ceremony on Brown Parade Field at Fort Huachuca, transferring First Sergeant duties from First Sgt. Julius Eldridge to First Sgt. Shaun Smith. HHC, USAICoE is one of the largest companies in the Army with over 1,200 Soldiers, Civilians, and Contractors assigned.
