ANNISTON ARMY DEPOT, Ala. -- Pam Robertson, director of Resource Management for Anniston Army Depot, received the Louis Dellamonica Award for Outstanding Army Materiel Command Personnel of the Year during a ceremony Oct. 18.
Robertson has served as a leader in the AMC financial community for the past 16 years.
Across all levels of AMC and the Army, Robertson is considered a “go to” source for information on various financial issues including, but not limited to, budgeting, execution reporting and analysis, manpower determination, and regulatory requirements.
She has served as a leader on various projects over the years and two recent projects include the Installation Management Command pilot and AMC Indirect Integrated Planning Team, both of which resulted in positive outcomes for the Industrial Base Operations.
As a direct result of her guidance and support Anniston has made significant improvements in our productive yield, revenue generation and reducing indirect expenses.
At Anniston Army Depot, her actions have molded ANAD personnel into a cost conscious workforce, enabling ANAD to provide the war fighter with the best product at the best price.
