Fort Indiantown Gap, Pa. – Stephen M. Radulski of Williamsport, Pa., was promoted to the rank of brigadier general during a ceremony Jan. 6. He is currently the Assistant Division Commander, Maneuver for the 28th Infantry Division.
“I will make every effort to live up to the expectations that have been laid out for me and represent the 28th Infantry Division and the Pennsylvania Army National Guard (PAARNG) with honor,” said Radulski.
He has held several command and staff positions within the PAARNG. He served as the commander for the 56th Stryker Brigade Combat Team from 2013 to 2017. From 2007 to 2010, he commanded the 3rd Battalion, 103rd Armored Regiment, 55th Armored Brigade Combat Team and deployed the battalion to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2008.
He expressed his sincere appreciation to his wife and children for their continued support of his military career.
“I think we all know what a strong base a supportive family provides to any soldier or member of the military,” Radulski said. “While not always easy, they have all lived through the challenges and shared the burdens of this profession and this life.”
