    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will host a ribbon cutting ceremony as part of the official dedication of the Olmsted Locks and Dam. The event will be attended by representatives from federal, state and industry and will include the dedication of the Wicket Lifter barge, the James M. Keen.
