    The Kandahar Air Wing Water/Waste water project is the design and construction of new water and wastewater facilities for the Afghan Air Force (AAF) at Kandahar Air Field (KAF) in Kandahar District, Kandahar Province, Afghanistan.
    It includes the construction of one wastewater treatment plant, one new well in a new well house, new water storage tanks, new water booster pump system in a new booster pump house and an optional new well with well house.
    Also in construction is parking and roads for the project area, along with utilities (water, electrical distribution, and sewer lines).
    The process from the USACE Afghanistan District in shaping the future of Afghanistan by using local labor, upholding international codes is demonstrated through the demolition and other infrastructure for a design population in the thousands.
