In preparation for the return of Airmen to Tyndall AFB, the 325th FW has prepared an updated listing of available services to include location, contact information and hours of operation.
Security Forces Squadron
As Tyndall AFB personnel, retirees, and dependents return to base, there are now modified entry access gates and hours:
Airey Gate: Remains open 24/7 for access to the South side of the installation (for access to the Exchange, gym, etc.)
Tyndall School Gate (accessed through Tyndall Elementary Drive): Tyndall School Gate will be open Monday-Friday from the hours of 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. for only DoD ID card, CAC/Tyndall DBIDS card holders.
For those requiring access to the North side of the installation (flightline, AOC, etc.):
Tyndall Gate: open 24/7 for access to the North side of the installation.
Louisiana North Gate: open daily, 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for DOD ID card/CAC/Tyndall DBIDS card holders only.
For contractors, visitors, etc., requiring access:
Pass and Registration/Visitor Control Center: open Monday-Saturday, 8 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Commercial Vehicle Search Gate: open daily, 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sabre Gate: Open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Only the housing areas will be accessible through this gate.

Force Support Squadron
FSS offices operating hours are subject to change as recovery efforts continue. Below are the current hours of operation and location for activities. Updates will be available after the New Year:
Airman & Family Readiness Center: relocated to Bldg. 662, 1st Floor – Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Note: Only personnel residing on Tyndall are authorized to eat in the KBR Dining Tent (next to the CDC).
Child Development Center: currently closed (working toward a temporary solution in early 2019)
Civilian Personnel Office: open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Education Office: relocated to Bldg. 662, 2nd Floor – Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Family Care Coordinator Office: relocated to Bldg. 662, 2nd Floor – Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Fitness Center: open Monday-Friday, 5 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, 8 p.m. to 6 p.m.
ITT: closed
Installation Personnel Readiness (IPR): relocated to Bldg. 662, 2nd Floor, Room 257 – Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Library: relocated to Bldg. 662, 2nd Floor – Tuesday-Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Manpower Office: relocated to Bldg. 662, 2nd Floor, Room 257 – Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Military Personnel Flight: open, Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Note: Some offices have relocated within Bldg. 662.
NAF HRO: open, Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Official Mail Center: relocated to Bldg. 662, 1st Floor (behind MPF) – Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, 9 a.m. to noon
Raptor Refuel: relocated to Bldg. 662, 1st Floor (in Atrium) – Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Studio TY/FSS Marketing: open, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Post Office: Located on east side of Bldg. 662, Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Medical Group
MDG operating hours are subject to change as recovery efforts continue. Below is what is currently available to customers:
Acute Care Clinic: Located in Bldg. 1465A, 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (walk in only for active duty and Tyndall recovery personnel)
Mental Health: Located in Bldg. 1309, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (walk in only for active duty)
Pharmacy: Main Clinic Bldg. 1465, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for all DOD ID card holders for new and refill prescriptions (Must do in person only – the refill line is not operational).
Prescriptions: Members can bring paper prescriptions from an off-base provider or they can bring their current bottle/package to the pharmacy to get the prescription filled. If a member is given a new prescription from a Tyndall provider, they will not have to bring anything to the pharmacy.
We are still building our stock levels and have about 1/3 of the pharmacy staff. Please expect long lines and wait times and plan for four days for refills to be available. If an existing prescription needs to be transferred to the pharmacy from somewhere else, it may take longer than 4 days to get it filled.
Satellite pharmacy, dental clinic: closed
Logistics Readiness Squadron
Below are modified LRS services, along with operational hours, and contact information:
Vehicle Operations: For any personnel movement requirements (off base shuttle, etc.,) Contact 757-604-6725.
Vehicle Maintenance: For mobile or general purpose maintenance requirements (dead battery, etc.) Contact 757-968-1420.
Traffic Management Office (TMO):
Personal Property/Passenger Travel: For household good movement, etc. 757-849-2356.
Base Service Station and Fuel Support: 24/7

Civil Engineer Squadron
Fire Department operating normal 24/7 hours. They can be reached at 850-283-4777.
The 24/7 CES Customer Service line is available at 850-283-4949.
Dorm Management Office will be open for resident issues on Dec. 10.
Note: Traditional dorm rooms are not available. All available dorm rooms now used for contingency housing.
Government Housing Office will be open for off base housing issues on Dec. 10.
Note: There are no on-base Military Family Houses at this time. If you require on base lodging, please check in at the PERSCO/Lodging tent next to the Base Support Center parking lot Bldg. 662.
Communications Squadron
Normal hours of operation 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For any communication related issues please contact the Comm Focal Point (CFP) Monday-Friday at Bldg. 817, room 129.
Afterhours standby phone please call 850-283-4896.
Note: The CFP still handles all mobile device issues as well as SIPR token functions.
COMSEC/Wing Cyber Security Office: relocated to Bldg. 817, Room 140. Normal hours of operation 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Contact CFP for afterhours concerns.
