Veteran application now available for the 2019 Army Trials

ARLINGTON, Va. – Army Warrior Care and Transition's Adaptive Reconditioning Team is now accepting applications from Veterans interested in competing at the 2019 Army Trials this coming March at Fort Bliss, Texas. Active duty Soldiers who will compete at Army Trials will be selected by their respective Regional Health Command based on their participation and performance at the 2018 Pacific Regional Trials that took place at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.
The 2019 Army Trials, scheduled for March 5-16, 2019, is the competition the AR Team uses in determining who will represent Team Army at the 2019 Department of Defense Warrior Games June 21-30 in Tampa, Fla.
Veterans who have not competed in two or more Warrior Games and meet the following criteria can apply to compete at Army Trials:
• Must have an honorable discharge from the Army.
• Volunteer to be subject to a National Crime Information Center (NCIC) background check.
• Must be able to attend the 2019 Army Trials in its entirety.
• Must be eligible to compete at the 2019 DoD Warrior Games

Applications must be submitted no later than December 21 for consideration to compete at the 2019 Army Trials.
