A Wisconsin State Patrol K-9 team practiced a narcotics recovery scenario during training at the Combined Arms Collective Training Facility on Dec. 2, 2015, at Fort McCoy, Wis.
The Wisconsin State Patrol Academy is a tenant organization at Fort McCoy and all troopers from the patrol complete training at the installation on a regular basis.
Located in the heart of the upper Midwest, Fort McCoy is the only U.S. Army installation in Wisconsin.
Fort McCoy lives its motto, “Total Force Training Center.”
The installation has provided support and facilities for the field and classroom training of more than 100,000 military personnel from all services each year since 1984.
