ANNISTON ARMY DEPOT, Ala. -- Employees in Anniston Army Depot’s Final Drive Branch strive for excellence in everything they do. And that excellence extends beyond the components which make the treads on tracked combat vehicles move.
Yes, they overhaul and repair final drives, a lot of them, for a variety of combat vehicles from the M1 Abrams to the M113 family of vehicles, the M88 and the M109 Paladin, just to name a few.
They also overhaul and repair fans and radiators for combat vehicles.
Like so many of the artisans who work in the shops of ANAD, the men and women of the Final Drive Branch are versatile and capable of working on whatever parts require their skills and expertise.
