Alaska Air National Guardsmen of 176th Mission Support Group participated in an Agile Combat Employment leadership event May 8 and 9, 2019, at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.
The ACE leadership event is designed to develop, challenge and strengthen 176th MSG Guardsmen with a warrior ethos powered by innovative thinking and a one-team, one-fight mentality.
The training aimed to build more lethal, resilient and rapidly innovating Airmen through realistic combat scenarios.
Airmen donned chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear protective equipment and worked through several simulated attacks and ambushes that included opposing forces and civilians on the battlefield.
