The University of Akron ROTC department hosted an open house for its academic advisers, April 24, at Shrank Hall South, Akron, Ohio.
The purpose of this event was to provide information about our ROTC program that is targeted towards the advisers who work diligently to keep our students academically aligned," stated Lt. Col. Rick Young, Department Head and Professor of Military Science at the University of Akron ROTC department.
The open house included a barbecue, virtual shooting range and the presence of ROTC cadets and families.
