Garrison Commander Col. Hui Chae Kim and Fort McCoy Child and Youth Services (CYS) Coordinator Corissa Yahnke with the Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (DFMWR) cut the ribbon July 11, 2019, to officially open the new CYS training center in building 1765 at Fort McCoy, Wis.
Also present were other members of DFMWR and the garrison.

Located in the heart of the upper Midwest, Fort McCoy is the only U.S. Army installation in Wisconsin.
The installation has provided support and facilities for the field and classroom training of more than 100,000 military personnel from all services each year since 1984.
