Command Sgt. Maj. Paul Mantha became the new command sergeant major for the Fort McCoy Garrison on July 16.
Mantha took the position during an assumption of responsibility ceremony at building 905.
The previous command sergeant major, Command Sgt. Maj. Frank Mathias, left the installation in April.
Mantha was previously he NSA Counter-Intelligence noncommissioned officer for the 902nd Military Intelligence Group (Counter-Intelligence) in Fort Meade, Md.
Located in the heart of the upper Midwest, Fort McCoy is
the only U.S. Army installation in Wisconsin. The installation has provided support and facilities for the field and classroom training of more than 100,000 military personnel from all services each year since 1984.
