WIESBADEN, Germany -- In August, micro-surveys will be available regarding in and out processing, personnel services, Soldier transition services, Parent Central Services, personal property shipping, vehicle inspection and registration, the Postal Service Center and the self-help store.
Through various methods, U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden asks for input from its customers to continually improve services and shape plans for the future. As changes are implemented across the garrison, micro-surveys will be conducted to ensure the changes are meeting customer needs.
Look for surveys at the service locations or for survey links posted to the garrison Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/usagwiesbaden or the website at http://home.army.mil/wiesbaden to provide your feedback on service changes.
Changes being measured were put in place this spring after the most recent customer survey in 2018. Customers rated 67 services on their importance and performance. Overall, 70% of 575 customers taking the survey reported that garrison services met their needs. Services in need of improvement based on the comparison of importance and performance were also identified. These services in need of improvement, where changes were made for the summer PCS season, are those now being re-evaluated.
