Operations for the 86th Training Division's Combat Support Training Exercise (CSTX) 86-19-03 are shown from the air Aug. 1, 2019, at Tactical Training Base Patriot on North Post at Fort McCoy, Wis.
Thousands of military members supported and participated in the exercise at the installation from July to August 2019.
The 86th Training Division, a Fort McCoy tenant organization, holds the exercise as part of the U.S. Army Reserve commanding general’s Combat Support Training Program.
CSTX 86-19-03 was the first of two CSTXs managed by the 86th to take place at Fort McCoy in 2019.
Located in the heart of the upper Midwest, Fort McCoy is the only U.S. Army installation in Wisconsin.
The installation has provided support and facilities for the field and classroom training of more than 100,000 military personnel from all services each year since 1984.
