Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) welcomed Dr. Andrew Jones, deputy chief, Total Force, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED), for all hands discussions with our active duty and civilian personnel on the upcoming Defense Health Agency (DHA) transition.
