HORSHAM AIR GUARD STATION, Pa. – Two chiefs met to talk shop today.
111th Attack Wing Command Chief Master Sgt. Paul Frisco congratulated 111th Security Forces Squadron Superintendent Chief Master Sgt. Robert Ferguson on being selected the next wing command chief during an informal meeting at Horsham Air Guard Station.
The two senior leaders then took a short break to pose for a commemorative photo before returning to business. Both Frisco and Ferguson will be working together closely to ensure the transition of authority is a seamless one for the wing.
In a recent email, 111th ATKW Commander Col. William Griffin thanked Frisco for a job well done. He also shared his thoughts on Ferguson.
"His passion for the United States Air Force, the Pennsylvania Air National Guard and the 111th ATKW are surpassed only by his pride in being part of this amazing wing, and his desire to be a great wingman," Griffin wrote. "This is a tremendous step in the right direction as we change out leadership across the wing. Rest assured, we are on track..."
Information regarding the official ceremony for Ferguson has yet to be released.
