A new sign was placed next to the Catholic chapel at Fort McCoy, Wis., showing the Fort McCoy Saint Kateri Tekakwitha Military Catholic Community.
The new sign was installed Dec. 20, 2019.
The sign was purchased and installed by the La Crosse Sign Company as part of an Eagle Scout project for Ethan Nott, son of Charlotte and former garrison commander, retired Col. Steven Nott.
Located in the heart of the upper Midwest, Fort McCoy is the only U.S. Army installation in Wisconsin.
The installation has provided support and facilities for the field and classroom training of more than 100,000 military personnel from all services each year since 1984.
