    Innovative Readiness Training team member, Capt. Aizza Santos, officer in charge of the Jayuya site, works as part of the IRT team in Puerto Rico as part of Ola de Esperanza Sanadora 2019. Santos and her team from other U.S. military services are providing no cost medical care to civilians as part of the Department of Defense Innovative Readiness Training program.
    IRT Ola De Esperanza Sanadora is a medical mission with over 510 military participants that provide health care at no cost to patients during a two week medical exercise (April 28th through May 5th 2019) throughout six locations: Ponce , Maricao , Mayagüez , Jayuya , Lares & Yauco in Puerto Rico.
