BACKGROUND: Col Steven M. Hefferon is the Mission Support Group Commander of the 107th Attack Wing, New York Air National Guard, Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, New York. He oversees operations for the Civil Engineer Squadron, Security Forces Squadron, Force Support Squadron, Logistics Readiness Squadron, Communications Flight, and Contracting.
