Approximately 200 leaders from the 100th Air Refueling Wing participated in the first-ever virtual leadership reflection session with Air University instructor Jason Womack, April 30.
Officers, noncommissioned officers and senior NCOs participated in the event, which helped attendees clarify their internal mission as leaders.
The session also focused on what it means to be a part of a unit and how people may need to change how they operate because the future will be different than the past. Another takeaway from the session was the importance of leaders taking time for reflection and finding ways to provide positive feedback for the future as opposed to dwelling on past mistakes.
