Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH) introduced a second pharmacy ScriptCenter kiosk at the Fort Carson Main Exchange (PX) June 4, 2021.
Beneficiaries may now access their refill prescriptions using the ScriptCenter from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week, during PX hours of operation.
“The ScriptCenter in the PX is only available for refills,” said Maj. Danielle Zsido, department of pharmacy chief assistant, EACH. “New prescriptions need to be ordered at the pharmacy window.”
Beneficiaries can use the touch screen options to create an account at the kiosk and can also pick up refill prescriptions for other Family members once they are added to the same account.
The first ScriptCenter kiosk was installed at the Main Outpatient Pharmacy Nov. 17, 2021, but this second location gives beneficiaries the opportunity to conveniently pick up refill prescriptions without having to visit the hospital.
Beneficiaries will continue to have access to the Main Outpatient Pharmacy ScriptCenter 24/7 through the west entrance of the hospital.
