DALLAS – The Army & Air Force Exchange Service is encouraging military shoppers to start their holiday shopping early amid COVID-related supply chain challenges and shipping delays worldwide.

“Warfighters and their families should shop now to ensure they get all the items on their lists in time for the holidays,” said Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Kevin Osby, the Exchange’s senior enlisted advisor. “Whether in store or at ShopMyExchange.com, shopping the Exchange early gives the military community access to tax-free shopping and military-exclusive pricing while also helping to avoid the delays facing consumers this year.”

Through Nov. 24, authorized shoppers can find 12 Weeks of Black Friday deals in store and at ShopMyExchange.com. New deals on electronics, clothing, jewelry, sporting goods and more roll out each Friday. Shoppers can find these weekly deals by visiting ShopMyExchange.com and clicking on Weekly Ad.

The Exchange also offers contactless shopping options such as buy online pick-up in store service and curbside pickup to make shopping easier for Soldiers, Airmen, Guardians and others with in-store shopping privileges.

Honorably discharged Veterans can shop online at ShopMyExchange.com. Service-connected disabled Veterans can shop in person. Veterans can visit ShopMyExchange.com/vets to learn more.

This year marks the first season of holiday shopping for Department of Defense and Coast Guard civilian employees, who received in-store shopping privileges this spring.

“It matters where you shop,” Osby said. “The Exchange team is looking forward to helping Soldiers, Airmen, Guardians and military shoppers make memories together this season.”
