The U.S. Marine Corps’ annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey (TSS) directed specifically towards tenants who live in Public Private Venture (PPV) housing, or privatized housing, on all Marine Corps installations is being extended through January 3, 2022.

The Fiscal Year 2022 (FY22) PPV Housing TSS has been ongoing as of October 28, 2021. We understand you could be preoccupied with the holidays but want you to know we value your opinion. To ensure you have every chance available to take the survey, we have decided to extend the survey through January 3, 2022 to provide our tenants every opportunity possible to take the survey.

All privatized housing tenants are highly encouraged to take the survey. If you have not yet received an invite from Robert D. Niehaus, Inc., you may contact your local Military Housing Office (MHO) or register at https://usmc.rdniehaus.com/ for access to the survey. The survey link is sent via email directly to your email address or by text to your cell phone using the contact information on file with your local MHO. The annual PPV Housing TSS gives Marines and their families in privatized housing an opportunity to share their perspectives on their housing communities, residences and the services they receive from their private partner. We guarantee your response will remain confidential.

Every tenant’s feedback is important! Marine Corps leadership used the FY21 TSS results to help drive change and improve overall tenant experiences, including enhanced customer service and property improvements.

“Every service member and their families’ participation is vital in helping Marine Corps housing communities continue to progress and provide quality services,” said Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) Commander, Brigadier General Daniel B. Conley.

Surveys are being conducted by an independent third party, Robert D. Niehaus, Inc., and take less than 10 minutes to complete.

For questions about the survey, contact Robert D. Niehaus, Inc. by calling 1-800-350-4888 or emailing Survey@RDNiehaus.com. We encourage our tenants to ask their local MHO for assistance in accessing the survey if not yet received. For media queries, contact the MCICOM Communication Strategy and Operations team at mcicomcommstrat@usmc.mil with any questions or concerns.
