Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point hosted a demonstration given by 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW) of expeditionary advanced basing operations (EABO) through aviation delivered ground refueling (ADGR) and forward aerial refueling point (FARP) for II Marine Expeditionary Forces senior leadership at Marine Corps Auxiliary Landing Field Bogue, North Carolina, Nov. 18, 2021. Spectators sat in the bleachers and stood as they watched the C-130 Hercules be used to refuel two F-35B aircraft. The demonstration and refueling that took place align with concepts derived from the current Force Design.
