The ceremony included remembrance of Staff Sgt. Quinn’s legacy and his impact on 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) from his former leadership and teammates. The Gold Star Family appreciated the memorial honoring Staff Sgt. Quinn as they reflected on memories of him as a father, son, brother and husband.
Staff Sgt. Quinn’s youngest son Nathan, 11, performed the ribbon cutting to unveil their family name forever on the entrance of the building.
“I think this is a big deal,” Quinn-Castro said. “I really like it. It’s good for our boys to see that there is still life being lived for Patrick and other fallen Soldiers and to remember their legacies.”
