U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. LeSean Neely, an intermediate level avionics master training specialist assigned to Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Unit (CNATTU) Cherry Point, was recognized as the Service Person of the Quarter by the Carteret County Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee at CNATTU Cherry Point, Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, Aug.19, 2022.
The event is held to celebrate Marines and Sailors who go above and beyond to invest in the installation and surrounding community with their time and talent.
Neely was nominated by his leadership for his volunteer work with local schools, coordinating a blood drive for CNATTU Cherry Point, and pursuing a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the American Military University.
