    JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii – Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Hawaii awarded a $24,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to D7, LLC, for
    construction support services at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, and other locations in Oahu, Hawaii, August 22.

    The work to be performed provides for contract work to include, new work, additions, alteration, maintenance
    and repair.

    The task orders will include category III/IV work only and no professional architecture or engineering services. This is an 8(a) sole source procurement under the Small Business Administration. The estimated
    aggregate not to exceed the value for the base and four options is $24,000,000 for the life of the contract. The value of each task order shall not exceed $250,000, unless mutually agreed upon.

    This contract was not competitively procured via sam.gov, with one offer received. Work will be performed primarily within NAVFAC Hawaii area of operations, and is expected to be completed by August 2027.
