    Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport

    NEWPORT, R.I. – Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport and the R.I. Chapter of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) will co-host the 17th Biannual 2022 Industry Days on Oct. 25 and 26 at the Wyndham Newport Hotel in Middletown, Rhode Island.

    Presentations will cover NUWC Division Newport’s technical program information, long-range plans and strategies, highlighting “What We Do Matters” and near-term procurement requirements. Each of Division Newport’s technical departments will provide a two-year forecast of anticipated procurements as well as initiatives to address future technical, budgetary and performance challenges. This will give businesses insight into potential government projects, as well as the ability to network with government decision makers and industry partners.

    9:30-10 a.m.: Contracts Department (Code 02) presentation by Stephen Lamb
    10-10:3 a.m.: Corporate Operations Department (Code 10) presentation
    10:30-11:15 a.m.: Undersea Warfare Electromagnetic Systems Department (Code 34) presentation
    11:20 a.m.-noon: One-on-one discussions with staff from Codes 10 and 34
    Noon-1:30 p.m.: Lunch and keynote address, “What We Do Matters”
    1:30-2:15 p.m.: Reverse Industry Panel
    2:15-2:50 p.m.: Undersea Warfare Platform and Payload Integration Department (Code 45) presentation
    2:50-3:25 p.m.: Undersea Warfare Weapons, Vehicles, and Defensive Systems Department (Code 85) presentation
