FORT BRAGG, N.C. – The Holistic Health and Fitness summit, held Sept. 21 to 23, 2022, at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, provided a venue for H2F programs across Fort Bragg to discuss approaches, methods, and effectiveness of implemented practices.
Joshua Allen, the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Program Director for 16th Military Police Brigade, discussed methods of tracking injuries and outcomes, optimal screening for prediction of referral and outcomes, and motivational screening to understand what the Soldier desires from the program.
The H2F program provides an immersive and integrated system that optimizes the physical and non-physical performance of Soldiers and units. The H2F system provides methods to integrate physical training programs, develop essential sleep tactics, establish better food environments, strengthen cognition, and enhance spiritual readiness.
