Vermont Army National Guard to host Soldier Showcase
What: The Vermont National Guard is hosting a Soldier Showcase at the Ethan Allen Firing Range in Jericho, VT. The event is open to the public.
Who: This event will feature Soldiers from a variety of jobs and positions across the Vermont Army National Guard showcasing a variety of tasks and skills.
When: The event occurs on Sunday, September 10 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Dozens of hands-on displays
• A Lakota helicopter display
• Live fire pistol demonstrations
• Live machine gun fire
• Tree demolition
• Mortar live fire
• Come try out our outdoor climbing wall!
• And much more!!
Where: Various ranges and location at the Ethan Allen Firing Range, Jericho, VT.
**ALL PARKING IS LOCATED AT MOUNT MANSFIELD HIGH SCHOOL**
a shuttle will transport attendees in and out every 15 minutes.
Why: The Vermont Army National Guard will conduct a variety of Soldiering tasks to showcase what the Army is all about. Soldiers will conduct live fire training exercises, have dozens of hands-on displays, an active outdoor climbing wall, and much more for the public to see. Hearing protection is provided.
