In the heart of a bustling metropolis, U.S. Army Reserve Lt. Col. Timothy Little embodies the unwavering spirit of those who deftly balance dual careers with unyielding dedication. Lt. Col. Little invites us into his world, where military precision harmonizes with the dynamic realm of real estate investment.

"I run a real estate investment firm primarily assisting veterans, but it also aids others," said Lt. Col. Timothy Little, the founder and CEO of ZANA Investments. Managing the company alongside his Army Reserve duties, Little's journey is nothing short of remarkable.

"I enlisted straight out of high school, serving about two and a half years on active duty, first in Korea, then in Texas. I joined the Florida National Guard to fulfill my enlistment requirements while pursuing my undergraduate degree at Florida State University," reminisced Little.

Little's tenure as an Army Reserve officer equipped him with invaluable life skills transcending the military domain. He underscores the significance of time management, a skill honed through the dual responsibilities of Army Reserve service and his civilian career.

"It has honed my time management skills. Balancing Army Reserve responsibilities with a civilian career teaches you to adeptly manage time and responsibilities. Initially challenging, practice makes you better," Little elaborated.

Commitment to self-improvement defines Little's character. Acknowledging the gradual progression inherent in an Army Reserve career, he remarked, "Advancing through ranks, from NCO to officer, brings incremental responsibilities. People provide tools and mentoring as you advance, ensuring readiness for higher ranks."
Little's military journey exemplifies how the Armed Forces mold leaders, starting as raw recruits and shaping them into responsible officers. He believes this preparation is vital for excelling in both military service and civilian careers.

In a ZANA Investments podcast episode, Lt. Col. Timothy Little shared, "My military background has been the cornerstone of my success in both worlds, making me a better leader and advocate for veterans."

Little's military principles of discipline and dedication continue to shine in his real estate investment firm. He melds military expertise with real estate savvy to assist veterans and others in securing their financial futures. His firm stands as a testament to his unwavering commitment to serving his fellow servicemen and servicewomen, forged in the crucible of military training.
