The holidays are upon us, and many Servicemembers and their Families are preparing to travel, celebrate the season, and spend time with their loved ones.
The holidays are an excellent time to catch up on life, reset and recharge. However, we recognize it can be a stressful time for many. Stressors from Family, finances, and social isolation may accompany the season. If you feel these stressors, our Garrison ACS has programs to help you cope with and eliminate them. We encourage you to make safe decisions this holiday season. Private motor vehicle accidents result in more Soldier fatalities than any other type of mishap. When traveling, take the time to slow down, always wear your seatbelt, and do not drink and drive.
