MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO, VA. – Actor David Boreanaz visited U.S. Marines and base personnel on MCB Quantico, Oct. 6, 2024.
As part of a United Service Organizations mission tour, he met with the base leadership, a diverse group of Marines, and visited the Federal Bureau of Investigation Academy and the National Museum of the Marine Corps.
“It was very exciting to see a celebrity and have them see the things we do here on Quantico,” said Sgt. Isaiah Turner, a motor vehicle operator with Security Bn. “Just having [David Boreanaz] here and having the chance to talk to him was a huge morale booster.”
The tour happened as Boreanaz leads up to the final episode of the television drama series SEAL Team, where he portrays Jason Hayes.
Boreanaz said he will continue with USO tours to visit service members and learn more about the military lifestyle across the DoD.
“Visiting Quantico today has been an amazing experience as part of my tour with the USO, which is a phenomenal organization,” Boreanaz said.
