    ARNOLD AIR FORCE BASE, Tenn. – The Arnold Engineering Development Complex-level winners of the 2024 Air Force Materiel Command Science, Engineering and Technical Management Awards have been selected.
    Award nomination packages are judged upon three elements: operational impact, innovative improvements and customer focus.
    The AEDC-level award winners, including the categories for which they won, are:
    o Junior Military Scientist/Engineer: Capt. Gordon McCulloh, 746th Test Squadron
    o Mid-Career Military Scientist/Engineer: Capt. Nathan Tedder, 717th Test Squadron
    o Junior Civilian Scientist/Engineer: Caleb Bell, 716th Test Squadron
    o Mid-Career Civilian Scientist/Engineer: Kirk Butler, Hypersonic Systems Test Branch
    o Senior Civilian Scientist/Engineer: Sean Smith, Hypersonic Systems Test Branch
    o Technical Management: Timothy Espinoza, 704th Test Group Detachment 2
    o Technical Management Team Award: Field Measurement Team, 718th Test Squadron
    This team consists of: Celia Doub, 2nd Lt. Caleb Lynch, Anthony Hanner, Adam Plondke and David Cox
    o Engineering Technician: Russell Loos, 704th Test Group OL-AC
    o Career Achievement: Richard Rushing, Hypersonic Systems Test Branch

    o Outstanding Scientist Team Award: Capabilities Development Functional Area Team, 746th Test Squadron

    o General James Ferguson Engineering Award: David LaBuda, 846th Test Squadron
    o General Bernard P. Randolph Engineering Team Award: Arcjet Nuclear Modernization Test Team, Hypersonic Systems Test Branch
