As of April 2, 2025, United States Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM) has surpassed its annual testing goal, administering 580,087 student tests as part of the ASVAB Career Exploration Program (CEP).
The goal was 577,796 for school year 2024-25, which runs from July through June, meaning the command met its goal with three months remaining.
“This accomplishment is not just a number; it reflects the dedication, hard work, and commitment that each member of the USMEPCOM team has put in,” said Army Col. Frankie Cochiaouse, USMEPCOM Commander. “What's even more significant is the impact we have on those students. By helping them navigate their testing and educational pathways, we are empowering them to realize their potential and see a brighter future for themselves.”
In school year 2023-24 USMEPCOM tested 619,157 students, exceeding the goal of 560,514.
The ASVAB CEP, administered by USMEPCOM personnel, provides no-cost career exploration and planning tools designed to help young adults in 10th grade and above make informed career decisions based on their skills and interests.
